How would you rate your level of purposeful play while working? 

1  Almost non-existent during work.

2  When others are playful I sometimes join in.

3  I am quite serious and focused however do ignite some level playfulness.

4  I continually discover ways to become playful during work.

5  Work does not feel like work as I am continually connecting my passion with purpose playfulness.
